出生于联邦德国（西德）；1970年大学毕业；尔后服兵役2年，从事狙击和军队医院护理训练。

1972年至1978年

担任伊丽莎白-雅顿化妆品公司生产主管，按照欧洲标准改良来自美国的化妆品配方;同时为Chloe,Karl Lagerfeld,Burbury和伊丽莎白-亚当的所有分公司开发唇膏、眼影、染眉毛油、皮肤护理产品、粉底、身体护理产品、沐浴露和香水等产品。 

1978年至1982年

在德国Boerlind化妆品有限公司任技术主管，开发自然型高级化妆品。

1982年至2003年

担任德国杜塞尔多夫汉高化妆品公司集团总部技术高级协调员，促进化妆品技术由德国研发中心和生产基地向全世界超过55个国家的子公司以及超过60家伙伴公司的输送。

期间1995至2001年委派至中国，担任汉高化妆品三家工厂（肇庆汉高，上海可蒙汉高，北京丽源汉高）生产总监和技术总监。

2003年12月31日，从德国Schwarzkopf和汉高化妆品公司集团总部副总工级别退休。

2004年至2006年

担任多家国际GMP化妆品生产公司技术顾问，为欧洲开发专业染发配方，为中东开发专业染发膏出口美国，为印度开发零售类染发配方。

2006年—至今

担任肇庆市清秀日化有限公司和广东德丝肤生物科技有限公司的技术总监及合作伙伴（股东），负责化妆品配方研发和指导工作，特别是配方活性成分研究及实际应用。

从业52年，大型跨国公司工作经历，精通日用和专业线各类化妆品配方研发和生产。

1947

Born in the Federal Republic of Germany (West Germany) in 1947 ,he graduated from university in 1970. Afterward ,  served military for 2 years  and engaged in sniper and military hospital nursing training.

1972-1978

As Production Director of Elizabeth-Arden Cosmetics ,Germany,improved US formulations according to European standards,developing the Elizabeth Arden branded products as well Chloe and Karl Lagerfeld which are lipstick, eye shadow, eyebrow, skin care products,foundation, shower gel and perfume.

1978-1982 

As Technical Director in Boerlind Cosmetics Co.,Ltd in Germany, developing natural advanced cosmetics

1982-2003 

As Technical Coordinator for Schwarzkopf and Henkel Cosmetics Company, promoted the delivery of cosmetics technology from German R & D centers and production bases to subsidiaries in more than 55 countries around the world and more than 60 partner companies.

During in 1995-2001, appointed to China, as production director and technical director for Henkel Cosmetics Company of three factories including Zhaoqing Henkel, Shanghai Kemeng Henkel and Beijing Liyuan Henkel

On 31, December,2003, retired from Schwarzkopf and Henkel Cosmetics Company, Germany.

2004-2006. 

As a number of international GMP cosmetics production company technical consultant for the development of professional hair dye formula and  the Middle East development of professional hair dye exports to the United States as well as Develop a retail hair dye formula for India.

2006-Now

As Technical Director and partner (shareholder) in  Zhaoqing Qingxiu Daily-Use Cosmetics Co.,Ltd and Guangdong Desifine Biotechnology Co., Ltd , responsible for cosmetics formulas and guiding especially in active ingredients and its practical application in formula.

Having engaged in cosmetics for 52 years, large multinational companies work experience, proficient in daily-use products and various types of cosmetics formula development and production.
